JETCYCLE

The story began in Annecy with the desire to share the pleasure of flying on water while pedalling. We worked together on the wings and the front mast. They then asked us to improve what already existed, so we worked on :

  • More power on the foils, with greater stability. Making new wings and testing the correct angle settings.
  • The creation of a new crankset to meet the needs of adjustment and weight. We are currently continuing the adventure with them for the sub-contracting of their foils.

Foils custom

In our Malouin workshop, we can create your custom foil. We want you to benefit from our know-how and our design and manufacturing capabilities, so we can offer you Customs foils tailored to your needs. Because custom foils are not just for professionals, we’ve decided to make them available to everyone. Just send us your requirements and we’ll create the foil of your dreams. We’ve already built custom foils for windsurfing enthusiasts, including outsize sailors, freestylers and hydrodynamic enthusiasts who want to test their own concepts.

Fuselages

We produce machined aluminium parts to validate concepts and develop our foils. Thanks to our design skills, we can make customised parts for you, from design to assembly, mastering the process from A to Z.

G10 Machining

We machine parts in G10, whether ailerons, stabilisers or front wings. The advantage of this material is that we don’t have to make moulds. However, we can’t make parts with complex geometries without cutting the fibres. We can therefore only machine flat parts in G10 to your specifications.

ZEPHIR

We have undertaken to share our skills with the ZEPHIR project led by Antoine Albeau and Marc Amerigo. This project will enable us to pool our resources and ideas on innovative projects in the field of foiling and responsible manufacturing. In 2024, we’ll be taking part in the exploration of areas that are still unknown today in the field of windsurfing foils, in order to go even further in hydrodynamic studies and performance. It’s a project to be shared by enthusiasts.
