Guarantees

LOKEFOIL products are guaranteed according to the laws in force in France.

This warranty is subject to the following limitations: the warranty is only valid if the product is used under normal conditions of use.
LOKEFOIL reserves the right to determine whether or not the warranty is covered by a visual check (photo or visual inspection of the equipment) clearly showing the defect(s).
The original invoice must be attached to any warranty claim. If the product is declared defective by LOKEFOIL, the warranty covers the repair or replacement of the defective product for 24 months after the sale. LOKEFOIL is not responsible for the additional cost, loss or damage resulting from improper use of this product.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
• Neglect or misuse.
• Improper storage and/or maintenance of equipment.
• Any damage other than that resulting from a manufacturing defect.

We repair your products, do not hesitate to contact us for a product out of warranty or damage caused by improper use.
